Cantemus Chamber Chorus, with members from across the North Shore, invites interested singers in all voice parts to audition for the 2026-2027 concert season.    Auditions will take place Tuesday, September 8 and Tuesday, September 15, 2026 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at First Church in Wenham, 1 Arbor St., Wenham, MA.  Prospective singers are invited to visit www.cantemus.org for more information about the chorus.  To schedule an audition appointment or ask for more information, singers should email Cantemus’ Chorus Manager at info@cantemus.org.

Previous choral/vocal experience is strongly recommended: solid vocal quality, sight-reading skills, aural memory, and rhythmic understanding are emphasized.

Singers should come prepared to sing a brief vocal solo in the classical realm (art song, aria or folk song arrangement). An accompanist will be provided. Please bring a copy of the music for the accompanist to play from. Additionally, singers will be asked to sight sing a melody and sing some vocalises as a range-check; some singers may be asked to match pitch patterns played at the piano.
