Braintree Choral Society’s spring concert features the work of two contemporary composers: Mark Hayes and Hans Bridger Heruth. Lively modern motifs mix with classical Gregorian Chant lines in Hayes Requiem. “Joy” by Heruth conveys the emotion well. The chorus is in its 101st year of almost continuous concerts, except for a brief covid hiatus. We will be accompanied by chamber orchestra for this concert
