Event Information:
The Chariot Jubilee – Celebrating Black Composers will be presented by the Nashoba Valley Chorale on February 4 and 5. The concert will feature music by the 18th century Brazilian composer José Maurício Nunes Garcia and several contemporary African-American writers. The Chorale will sing with an ensemble of players from Groton Hill Music Center. Also featured on the concert is the well-known Colombian tenor, David Rivera Bozón, and soloing with him are the winners of the Chorale’s annual Emerging Artists program.
