The Master Singers of Lexington is holding auditions for our upcoming 57th season. Auditions will begin on Wednesday, September 2, at 7:00pm and will be held ongoing on Wednesdays as needed.

Auditions for interested singers will include vocalizing, performing a prepared piece, and sight-reading. All voice-parts are welcome; we are especially looking for sopranos and altos.

The Master Singers of Lexington is an outstanding 30-voice chamber chorus that offers an exceptional musical experience in a suburban location minutes from Routes 2, 3 and 128. Under the leadership of Adam Grossman, the ensemble is noted for inventive programming and compelling performances and features experienced singers from communities throughout Greater Boston.

Rehearsals are Wednesday nights from 7:30-10:00 pm, at First Parish Church, 7 Harrington Road, on the Battle Green in Lexington Center, which is wheelchair accessible and offers ample free parking.

The 2026-2027 Season is our 57th season and includes both new and familiar works by a wide variety of composers including Barber, Copland, Buxtehude, Bach. We have also commissioned Boston-based composer Michael Weinstein’s setting of the poem “No Dream Required” by Lexington poet and actor Cliff Blake. Our annual Pops concert features works by Bacharach, Bernstein, Coward, Weill, and others. Concerts are performed both a cappella and with chamber orchestra, and soloists are typically drawn from the membership. For more programming details visit us at https://www.themastersingers.org.
