What happens with my submission?

Once you submit your venue listing, our team will review. If it meets our criteria for publishing, we will publish the post to our online venue directory. We reserve the right to publish or not to publish. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.

How long will my listing be live?

Your listing will be live as long as our venues directory is free and open to the public. We reserve the right to remove your listing at any time without notification. If you would like your listing removed, you may also contact us with that request.

Who can submit venue listings to the venue directory?

Only concert venues located in the Greater Boston area may list their venue in our venues directory. Your venue must be actively accepting bookings for choral organizations. Examples of concert venues may be concert halls, churches, auditoriums, theaters, or outdoor performance spaces, to name a few.

What is your venue listing submission criteria?

The following is our submission criteria for publication:

-Concert venue must be geographically located in the Greater Boston area

-All required fields must be completed

-Duplicate venue listings are not allowed, please contact us for details on editing your listing

-Concert venue must be actively accepting bookings from choral organizations in the Greater Boston area
